Peter J Ramsay and Associates, the Inogen Associate for Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, is pleased to announce two new appointments.

 

Greg Oldfield brings over 25 years of experience as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional and Certified Occupational Hygienist servicing agriculture, mining, petrochemical, chemical, IT services, local government, oil and gas and public health sectors at a senior and executive level. He has worked in the US, China, Indonesia, West Africa, Pupa New Guinea and Australia.

His experience covers OHS and Hygiene including HAZOP's, health surveillance and compliance, auditing to ISO 1800, expert legal support.

In the areas of public health and Environmental health Greg's expertise covers assessments of food safety, water quality, atmospheric contaminants, disease management and project management of malaria control and eradication, medical support at a field level in remote areas and vector control with international medical providers and Non-Government Organisations.

Greg has implemented and designed occupational hygiene programs, analysis and statistical assessment of exposure, and determination of the adequacy of controls of the work environment for biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic and psychosocial factors. He has also had significant involvement in program implementation in mining sector for heat stress, fatigue management and the control of carcinogenic airborne contaminants.

 

Stephan Pawelczyk has joined the team as State Manager for New South Wales (NSW) and brings over 15 years of consulting experience in the private and public sectors servicing downstream oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, construction, property and land development clients.

His expertise includes environmental due diligence, site assessments, hydrogeological investigations, contaminated site remediation, environmental monitoring and validation and environmental auditing. He has worked extensively throughout Australia, largely in NSW, and New Zealand (NZ). Stephan is responsible for project delivery, strategic advice to businesses and client relationships.

Stephan was a Director (2009-2016) and President (2015) of the Australasian Land and Groundwater Association, the only multi stakeholder professional association serving the land and groundwater remediation industry in Australia and NZ. He has also worked in the Contaminated Sites Unit of the NSW EPA.

Stephan compliments and extends our capabilities related to site assessment & remediation, groundwater, environmental manage and regulatory approvals, water resource protection, expert evidence and regulatory advice.
