Which Countries Are Included in Each Region?

North America covers the United States and Canada, including state-level requirements in 48 U.S. states. Europe covers EU-level regulation plus 24 countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye and the United Kingdom.

How Many People Can Use One Subscription?

Each subscription sends the welcome email and password to one email address. Anyone on your team who needs access can use that password to open the dashboard. The password changes each month, so the person receiving the update email will need to share the new one.

How Quickly Do I Get Access After I Pay?

Within minutes. Once your payment goes through, we'll send a welcome email with your dashboard password to the address you entered at checkout. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at pfashelp@inogenalliance.com.

How Does Dashboard Access Work?

Access is password-based. After you sign up, we'll email a password to the address you entered at checkout, and you'll use it to open your dashboard. Each month when the data refreshes, you'll receive a new password by email. Share it with anyone on your team who needs access. The dashboard page URL will remain the same and can be bookmarked for ease of access.

Does My Subscription Renew Automatically?

Yes. Regional subscriptions renew monthly on the card you used at checkout until you cancel.

How Do I Cancel?

Navigate to your dashboard page or dashboard receipt email and click the cancel button and follow the steps, or reach out to us directly at info@inogenalliance.com. Your request will be received and your subscription will be stopped. Nothing is refunded and you keep access through the month you already paid for.

How Often Is the Data Updated?

Monthly, on a fixed cycle. Each release carries a date and is cross-checked by subject matter experts before it is published, so you always know which version you're citing.

How Is This Different From the Free Version?

The free version shows the global heat map with limited detail, so you can see the scale of PFAS regulatory activity. A regional subscription adds full requirement-level detail for your region, broken down by regulatory category, with monthly change tracking and a dated version you can cite.
