Beatrice is a geotechnical geologist with a bachelor's in environmental sciences specialized in territorial, environmental and resource management. She is an accredited Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) consultant and trainer, with a strong hydrogeological background.

Since November 2022, Beatrice is the global lead for the Water Working Group for Inogen Alliance and is responsible for identifying market trends and emerging services, managing coordination activities and cross-functional benchmarking between international Associates.

Since November 2023, she is also part of the Leadership Team of Inogen Alliance for which she has played a proactive role in strategy development and company vision setting.

Beatrice executes her role as project manager for water management and stewardship projects across Europe, Asia, and Africa for multi-national brands. In her career, Beatrice has specialized in the water resource management field, having addressed a variety of different projects related to water risk assessments, source vulnerability assessments, environmental investigations and characterization plans, resilient and responsive mitigation plants to water related risks as well as social projects related to WASH and stakeholder engagement. She has also experience in implementing the AWS Standard for a variety of sectors including food & beverage, tobacco, and agriculture.

Heikki Kalle

Heikki Kalle is the COO and a consultant at DGE Group, an Inogen Alliance associate based in Scandinavia and the Baltics. Heikki has a MSc in ecology and he has 30 years practice in environmental management as a consultant and administrator. He is also the Head of the Remediation Working Group for Inogen Alliance.

Annika Taylor

Annika is a Senior Consultant with over 9 years of professional experience. She has a B.S. in Geology and a M.S. in aqueous geochemistry. Annika is also an accredited Specialist with the Alliance for Water Stewardship.

She has extensive experience in environmental assessments and management aspects in Australia and the United States with experience in soil, soil vapour, and groundwater assessments, contaminated land assessments, auditing of closed landfill sites, management and remediation, environmental audits and research.

In addition to her remediation experience, Annika is also the client manager for a multinational beverage manufacturer. She conducts sustainability assessments and source vulnerability assessments for water source sites and bottling plants across Australia and Papua New Guinea.

Thomas Obel

Thomas Obel is a Consultant and Project Manager at HPC AG - Germany with over 10 years of environmental consulting expertise. He graduated from LMU Munich with a master's degree in Geography and Hydrology.

Since 2014, he has been working as a specialist consultant and project manager in the fields of contaminated site investigation and remediation, as well as in hydrogeology and soil protection.

Thomas has extensive experience in serving clients from a wide array of market segments, including petrochemical industry, the automotive, renewable energy and real estate sector, as well as public sector clients. His areas of expertise include the design of soil and groundwater investigations and remediation strategies, hydrogeological and soil science studies as well as project management. Since 2020 he is supporting clients in managing risks associated with PFAS.

Lucie Robin-Vigneron

Lucie is the Managing Director of HPC International in France. She is a chemical and sanitary engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the environmental sector.

Her professional experience covers a wide range of services in management of polluted sites, in particular health risk assessment studies (more than 500 references), but also due diligence, audits, environmental and social impact assessments, as well as project management of industrial sites decontamination.

Research & development is part of her professional covered fields, in particular regarding emerging pollutants such as PFAS (with some publications since 2022), and recently project manager of a wide PFAS study on French Airports.
