Challenge

The client is a Spanish pharmaceutical company and Psychosocial Risk Assessment is compulsory in Spain and the methodology to be used is quite developed and regulated in Spain, but it changes in each country. While there are no regulatory requirements, the client wanted to apply a similar methodology worldwide.

Mediterra together with Antea Group USA, Antea Brasil, and HPC Germany, Italy and Poland, we proposed to use a psychosocial survey tool, and a unique methodology to assess and communicate results, that can be used in several countries. In next steps, we can propose something with an holistic approach including wellness promotion, tools for managers to support their teams in psychosocial aspects, etc, using Total Worker Health® as a strategy to manage crossover.
